Former Philadelphia Eagles linebacker Najee Goode is signing with the Indianapolis Colts, according to a report from NFL insider Field Yates.
Goode was likely on Indy’s radar due to the presence of their new head coach: former Eagles offensive coordinator Frank Reich.
It was pretty apparent the Eagles wouldn’t be re-signing Goode after inking Paul Worrilow to a one-year contract earlier this week. Worrilow fills Goode’s old role of being a versatile backup linebacker who contributes on special teams.
Goode had a good run in Philly, pun intended.
