The Philadelphia Eagles are placing Miles Sanders on the injured reserve list, according to a report from NFL insider Ian Rapoport. Rapoport added that Sanders “should be back soon upon eligibility.”
It was previously reported by Derrick Gunn that Sanders, who suffered an ankle/foot injury against the Las Vegas Raiders, was expected to miss two-to-three weeks. With the Eagles placing him on injured reserve, Sanders will officially be unable to play in the team’s next three games. He will be eligible to be activated for Philly’s Week 11 contest against the New Orleans Saints at the earliest.
