Philadelphia Eagles defensive end Michael Bennett plans to surrender to the Houston Police Department after being indicted on a felony charge of injury of the elderly. One of Bennett’s attorneys, Rusty Hardin, said as much to the Philadelphia Inquirer on Friday evening.
