Fans interested in reliving or simply learning about Eagles history are invited to a night of "Eagles Heroes, History and Highlights" on Thursday, October 29 at Lincoln Financial Field. The event is part of the 2015 Eagles Radiothon with proceeds going to the Eagles Youth Partnership.
Ray Didinger of SportsRadio WIP and Comcast SportsNet will host the event and he will be joined by special guests, including members of the Eagles alumni. The program, which begins with a tour of the Eagles locker room at 6 PM, will be held in the Touchdown Club.
"Eagles Heroes, History and Highlights" offers a colorful look at the team's past conducted by Didinger, who authored two best-selling books on the subject - The Eagles Encyclopedia, published in 2005, and The New Eagles Encyclopedia, published last year, both by Temple University Press.
