Jeremiah Trotter Jr. survives injury scare at end of Eagles training camp practice

The Eagles were back on the field Thursday for their second training camp practice, and on the final play of their developmental period, rookie linebacker Jeremiah Trotter Jr. went down and was seen grabbing the back of his leg. Trainers were seen rubbing his leg before he was ultimately carted off the field. Fortunately, reports following the scare confirmed that he was only dealing with cramps, and not something more serious.

Jeremiah Trotter Jr. was dealing with leg cramps at the end of practice, an NFL source said. The #Eagles rookie LB was carted off the field, but he should be fine.
