At this point, it’s becoming hard to guess what the Philadelphia Eagles are going to do with their backfield. With only a handful of young, unproven guys on the squad, moves need to be made. Seeing as though Howie Roseman addressed the state of the backfield at the NFL combine last month, it really seemed like that’s where their focus is going to be for the NFL Draft.
However, just because the Eagles have plans to draft a rookie, doesn’t mean that they are neglecting the position through Free Agency. They wanted Tevin Coleman, but couldn’t sway him away from wanting a reunion with his former offensive coordinator in San Francisco.
