CHARLOTTE -- Jason Peters left the Eagles' game against the Carolina Panthers with a lower back injury. He is undergoing X-rays, and his return is questionable.
Peters' injury occurred while blocking in the first quarter on Sunday. He collapsed to the ground, and remained there for a few minutes. The Eagles' bench cleared while players were kneeling around Peters in support. Peters needed to be carted off the field.
The Eagles moved Matt Tobin from right guard to left tackle to replace Peters. Dennis Kelly entered the game in Tobin's spot at right guard.
Peters,33, is a seven-time Pro Bowler.
