The Eagles wrapped up mandatory minicamp on Thursday and Jalen Hurts spoke to reporters before breaking for the summer. The franchise quarterback talked about the new offensive scheme they’ve been putting in place and how much it differs from last year.
Hurts explained that this whole offseason has been about learning and taking in new knowledge and perspective. As they’ve built the foundation of what they’re doing, it has grown to a point where he’s noting things he likes and is comfortable with. That will continue to happen as they get more reps.
“Right now, it’s been a lot of new inventory in — majority of it, you know, probably 95 percent of it being new.
