Former Philadelphia Eagles wide receiver Rasheed Bailey is back in the NFL. One week after signing with the practice squad of the Canadian Football League's BC Lions, Bailey is now a member of the Jacksonville Jaguars. Bailey signed with Jacksonville's practice squad on Tuesday. Note that the Jaguars are tied for the worst record in the NFL this season at 1-5.

This is Bailey's first NFL opportunity since the Eagles released him in early September. It's good to see the local product getting a shot.
