His game is different than most NFL receivers, so to measure Josh Huff and the progress he has made in his third season with the Eagles is to do so by a different set of standards. Huff isn’t a classic, down-the-field receiver. He’s no doubt a work in progress there. But with the ball in his hands, Huff is pure dynamite.
Huff showed that explosiveness again on Sunday in the 21-10 win over Minnesota, igniting a second-quarter turnaround with a 98-yard kickoff return for a touchdown to erase a 3-0 deficit and give the Eagles a lead they would not relinquish.
