Having been accused of assaulting not one but two off-duty Philadelphia police officers on the night of February 7 and with video proof of his involvement, McCoy has found himself in a lot of legal trouble.

While Philadelphia police captain Frank Banford did not confirm McCoy would be charged he did state charges would be filed and warrants issued next week.
What happened to these officers on their off time in a city they protect and serve over a dispute in a bar is absolutely appalling.
