Former Philadelphia Eagles defensive back Troy Vincent, the NFL’s current executive vice president of football operations, obviously knows a thing or two about football. In a recent appearance on the Eagle Eye In The Sky Podcast with Fran Duffy, Vincent gave a pretty positive review of what he’s seen from Douglas in practice.
