News broke earlier this week that former Army OT Brett Toth was waiting on a ‘military waiver’ in order to sign a contract with the Philadelphia Eagles. Today, he received some very good news.
A second lieutenant who graduated in 2018 as a nuclear engineer, Toth served one year in the military and has now been granted an early opportunity to pursue an NFL career.
Toth has been out of Football for a year, but started 20 games at right tackle for Army during his final two seasons, going on to play in both the Senior Bowl and East-West Shrine Game.
