Fletcher Cox caps off 2018 regular season with an NFC Defensive Player of the Week award

Fletcher Cox was an absolute MONSTER in the Philadelphia Eagles’ Week 17 regular season finale against the Washington Redskins. He’s officially been rewarded with an NFC Defensive Player of the Week for his efforts.

Despite only playing 32 defensive snaps against Washington, Cox finished the game with four solo tackles, four tackles for loss, three sacks, and three quarterback hits. Just ridiculously good. Cox’s efforts ultimately helped the Eagles defense pitch their first shutout since the 2014 NFL season.

Cox’s 10.5 sacks in 2018 mark a career high.
