There was just a weird feeling surrounding the game when the Philadelphia Eagles headed to the Pacific-Northwest to face the Seattle Seahawks. ‘The Birds’ had seen their fair share of trouble with Pete Carroll’s guys.
Philly had lost five of the last six to the Seattle, and what was worse was the fact that the Seahawks were beating the Eagles easily. No matter what the records were or where they were playing, the Seahawks were dominating the Eagles and didn’t appear to be having any problems in doing so.
If they weren’t the inferior team that found a way to beat Philly at Lincoln Financial Field while the snow fell, Marshawn Lynch was, seemingly, running through the entire Eagles defense.
