Gone are the days when Eagles fans made annual summer pilgrimages to Lehigh University, playing hooky or taking weeklong vacations to get their first taste of the season to come. The attraction has shifted to Philadelphia, with the team entering its third season of conducting training camp at the NovaCare Complex and Lincoln Financial Field.
With this change came more restricted access: Fans can attend only two days of practices. But that did little to discourage the die-hards on Tuesday, as most of the lower deck at the Linc was filled with fans in green and white fanning themselves in the heat for the first open workout.
