Kelly has compiled a record of 20-12. The only coach from the Class of 2013 with a better record is Bruce Arians of Arizona. He went 10-6 and 11-5 in his two years out there, giving him a record of 21-11. Neither Kelly nor Arians has yet to win a playoff game. The Cardinals under Arians remind me of the Eagles under Ray Rhodes. They are tough and scrappy and they find a way to win. I just don't know if you can sustain success like that. You can only get players to overachieve for so long. At some point, you need them to play well on a consistent basis.
