**The most intriguing non-Eagles quarterbacks in Philadelphia played against each other on Sunday: Nick Foles and Marcus Mariota.
It was not a banner night for Foles. The Rams quarterback went 3 of 7 for 18 yards with one interception. In two preseason games, he is 6 of 12 for 87 yards. After the game, he told the NFL Network the interception was a “bad decision” and will “go in the database.” (The “database” line is one he used often in Philadelphia.) But Foles has earned positive reviews throughout the summer in St. Louis, so a fraction of one preseason game is too small of a sample size to draw any conclusions about how he would do with the Rams.
