In most years, a Week 17 game between the Philadelphia Eagles and Dallas Cowboys is a high-stakes, prime-time battle that determines the winner of the NFC East.
This season, there just isn’t a lot of juice for this matchup. And that sentiment is echoed by the start time getting flexed up from 4:25 PM Eastern to 1:00 PM. People aren’t exactly dying to see what might be Kenny Pickett or Tanner McKee vs. Cooper Rush.
But while this game doesn’t mean much for the Cowboys, who’ve already been officially eliminated from playoff contention, the Eagles obviously have serious motivation in this spot.
