The Eagles will send six players to the Pro Bowl, including four players named to the NFC’s starting roster.
Quarterback Carson Wentz, defensive tackle Fletcher Cox, tight end Zach Ertz, and guard Brandon Brooks were named starters. Safety Malcolm Jenkins and tackle Lane Johnson will be reserves.
Wentz, of course, won’t be able to play in the Jan. 28 game in Orlando because of his torn ACL. The other players likely hope they’re not eligible for the game, because that would mean the Eagles reached the Super Bowl.
Wentz, Ertz, Brooks, and Jenkins earned their first Pro Bowl bids.
