Friday, March 15th began the same way most days begin in the Philadelphia Eagles community, with breakfast and with us, then, logging into social media to see the comings and goings in the NFL. Shortly after 9 A.M. on the East Coast, ESPN NFL Insider Field Yates, as he always is, was up early and producing some quality content.
For most of us, it was in Yates’ report that we learned the Eagles had restructured the deals of both Chris Long and Nigel Bradham. That move created a little over $5 million in cap space for the upcoming season.
