Prior to tonight's preseason finale against the New York Jets, the Eagles announced that the following players are not expected to play (players are listed in numerical order):
The Jets also announced their starters for tonight, as Matt Flynn will start at quarterback. Also of note, the Jets will start Joe Mays and inside linebacker and Jason Babin at outside linebacker, both former Eagles.
