Field Yates reports that the Eagles have signed WR Marquess Wilson to a futures contract on Tuesday for the 2018 season.
Futures deals are essentially camp invites that will give players the opportunity to compete for roster spots during offseason workouts and training camp.
Wilson, 25, is a former seventh-round pick of the Bears back in 2013. He played out the final year of his four-year, $2.208 million rookie contract and had been testing the open market for the first time in his NFL career.
The Jets signed Wilson to a contract a few months ago, but New York cut him loose during the final week of the preseason.
