The Eagles signed wide receiver Keevan Lucas on Saturday and waived linebacker Steven Daniels.
Lucas, 22, is an undrafted rookie from Tulsa, where he played with fourth-string quarterback Dane Evans. Lucas is 5-foot-9 and 192 pounds. He ran a 4.55-second 40-yard dash at the combine in March. He was a standout in the American Athletic Conference last year with 81 catches for 1,180 yards and 15 touchdowns. Lucas gives the Eagles depth at slot receiver after trading Jordan Matthews on Friday, although he’s likely a long-shot to make the team. He received the three-year deal standard of undrafted rookies.
