Hopefully “seeing the country” was one of Caden Stern’s dreams while growing up because the veteran safety was signed to a one-year deal by the Philadelphia Eagles, his third team of the week, on Sunday. The Birds announced the signing on social media, while also releasing linebacker Shaq Quarterman in a corresponding move.
