The Philadelphia Eagles have signed guard John Moffitt to a one-year contract and released guard Cole Manhart. Moffitt most recently appeared in two games for the Denver Broncos during the 2013 season before spending the 2014 season away from football. Moffitt prepared for a return to the gridiron by training with Jay Glazer of FOX Sports (who also worked with tackle Lane Johnson).
I have never been so proud of a guy I've trained than I am of John Moffitt. Retired two years ago (cont) http://t.co/1qTgvh2xDQ
