The Philadelphia Eagles announced Monday that they’ve signed DT Gabe Wright to a one-year contract.

Wright, 25, is a former fourth-round pick of the Lions back in 2015. He was unfortunately among their roster cuts coming out of the preseason last year but later signed to the Browns’ practice squad and was eventually promoted to their active roster.
The Browns cut Wright loose a few weeks ago.
In 2016, Wright appeared in five games and recorded four tackles, no sacks and a pass defense for the Browns.
