Sam Bradford didn't respond with a "negative" or even an "I would never play for Chip Kelly again," but it was clear from his headshake and a mumbled, "Nah-uh," that his answer was "no" when he was asked if he considered following his former coach to the 49ers.
It might have been an obvious response for someone who had just signed a two-year contract with the Eagles. But after Bradford spoke of his preference for being able to audible at the line of scrimmage - something Kelly's offense hardly ever allowed - it seemed clear that the quarterback wanted to return to a traditional NFL offense.
