Eagles reshape front office, announce hiring of Joe Douglas

The Eagles reshaped their front office under Howie Roseman on Wednesday by formally announcing the hiring of Joe Douglas as vice president of player personnel and Andy Weidl as assistant director of player personnel, and naming six other staffers to different positions.

Alec Halaby was named vice president of football operations and strategy. Tom Donahoe moved back to senior football adviser. Anthony Patch returns to the Eagles as senior director of college scouting, with Trey Brown now the director of college scouting. Mike Bradway was named the assistant director of college scouting, and Rick Mueller is back in place as player personnel executive.
