The Eagles released wide receiver Josh Huff on Thursday, two days after Huff was charged with speeding, possession of a small amount of marijuana, unlawful possession of a weapon and prohibited weapons/devices after a traffic violation on the Walt Whitman Bridge.
Coach Doug Pederson previously said Huff was going to play this weekend against the New York Giants.
Howie Roseman is scheduled to address reporters at 12:20 p.m.
