Per the team via Twitter, the Philadelphia Eagles have waived two players and picked up a recent Atlanta Falcons outcast, WR Freddie Martino.
While signing Martino, they said goodbye to fellow wideout John Harris andwaived/injured defensive end Frances Mays. Martino played one game with Atlanta last season without catching a pass.
