The Philadelphia Eagles announced Friday that they’ve placed S Harold Jones-Quartey on the Practice Squad Injured list and signed C Jon Toth to the unit.
The Browns’ practice squad now consists of:

Jones-Quartey, 24, originally signed on with the Cardinals as an undrafted free agent out of back in May of 2015.
