BALTIMORE – Eagles offensive lineman Allen Barbre is inactive Sunday against the Baltimore Ravens because of a hamstring injury, meaning rookie Isaac Seumalo will start at right tackle and the Eagles have their sixth starting offensive-line combination this season.
Right guard Brandon Brooks is back in the lineup after missing two of the past three games because of an illness related to anxiety. Wide receivers Jordan Matthews (ankle) and Dorial Green-Beckham (abdomen) are also active, even though they were listed as questionable.
The other inactives are wide receiver Paul Turner, cornerback Dwayne Gratz, running back Darren Sproles, defensive end Steven Means, tackle Halapoulivaati Vaitai, and defensive tackle Taylor Hart.
