The Eagles extended a tender offer to restricted free agent offensive lineman Matt Tobin, and there was no need to extend one to offensive lineman David Molk, who retired from the NFL.
Tobin, 25, received the lowest tender. The Eagles can match any offer that Tobin receives, but there would be no draft pick compensation if they let him go elsewhere. Tobin can also sign the one-year deal.
Tobin started 13 games at right guard last season and was part of the struggles of the offensive line. He also started seven games in 2014, playing both right and left guard.
