Philadelphia Eagles 2019 NFL Draft Mulligan - The Draft Network
Clayton Thorson had his fans in the NFL, as is often the case with these unexciting QBs -- but on film, I don’t see much from a physical tools or accuracy perspective to get me excited, even as a backup. Thorson will likely be the QB2 in 2020 -- that’s clearly the plan -- but I think they could have addressed more pressing positions of need. Take SAF3. Right now, the Eagles have Andrew Sendejo on a 1-year veteran deal -- behind him are waiver wire addition Godwin Igwebuike, ex-practice squader Tre Sullivan, and trade acquisition Deiondre’ Hall.
