NIGEL BRADHAM said Friday he doesn't think Josh Huff's release by the Eagles happened because of linebacker Bradham's two arrests since joining the Eagles, or the fact that Huff's incident this week was the fourth time police have investigated an Eagles player in five months.
"I think it's more of the (Huff) situation - I don't know," Bradham said. "I was surprised, yeah. I think everybody was. Obviously, there have been a lot of incidents . . . It's something we've got to get fixed. It is what it is."
Bradham noted that his gun incident last month - he said he forgot his registered handgun was in a backpack he tried to check through security at Miami Internnational Airport - was a misdemeanor, nothing approaching the level of what Huff faces for having a handgun not licensed in New Jersey in the passenger compartment of his car, along with a magazine of hollow-point bullets.
