Tim McManus of ESPN reports that Eagles LB Nigel Bradham has accepted a deferred prosecution program in regards to his felony battery charge from last summer.
This means that Bradham’s case will be diverted out the courts and may result in him serving no jail time if the conditions of the program are met.
Bradham was arrested in July of last year after he was accused of striking a hotel employee and breaking his nose. He was later charged with aggravated assault, which is a second-degree felony.
It’s worth mentioning that was arrested on a concealed weapons charge during the team’s bye week last year.
