As a way to encourage the youth in the Delaware Valley to adopt a healthy lifestyle through 60 minutes of daily exercise, the Philadelphia Eagles and American Heart Association teamed up once again for the NFL PLAY 60 Field Day Challenge on Friday, May 27. Hosted at the NovaCare Complex, 125 students from five local elementary schools competed in a variety of outdoor drills on the Eagles’ practice field in an effort to foster an active lifestyle. The NFL PLAY 60 Challenge is a four-week program that motivates children to get the recommended 60 minutes of physical activity a day in school and at home.
