Nigel Bradham has had a big impact on the Eagles since he was signed in 2016. After a tremendous first season, he stepped up as a leader of the defense when Jordan Hicks was injured during the Super Bowl season.
Bradham was rewarded with a shiny new contract after that remarkable run. A contract that will keep him in Philadelphia until 2022 – unless the Eagles don’t pick up the option for 2020.
If the Eagles choose to pick up his option, he will be accounted for around a 10 million cap hit, which would make him the 9th most expensive player on the roster – a lot for a position the Eagles apparently don’t value.
