Hicks Picks, But Eagles Come Up Short
For the second week in a row, Jordan Hicks came up with an interception. This week, it couldn’t have come at a better time. With 1:55 left in the game, Manning threw the ball and Hicks made the pick. He returned it 9 yards to the Giants’ 34. From there, the Eagles’ offense took over, down by five points.
Carson Wentz first threw to Nelson Agholor for a gain of 17, but three consecutive incomplete passes after that set up a fourth-and-10 for the team.
