The Philadelphia Eagles are preparing to bring in some help for the secondary.
According to Jeff McLane of the Philadelphia Inquirer, the Eagles are expected to sign cornerback Dwayne Gratz, who most recently played for the Los Angeles Rams. ESPN’s Adam Caplan also confirmed McLane’s report.
Gratz was selected in the third round (64th overall) of the 2013 NFL Draft by the Jacksonville Jaguars. Gratz played a large role for the Jaguars during his first two years in the league, but he quickly fell out of favor and was placed on waivers three games into the 2016 season.
