Eagles’ DeSean Jackson plans to honor late rapper Nipsey Hussle this season

The 2019 NFL season isn’t set to begin until September. However, it isn’t too early for Philadelphia Eagles’ veteran wideout DeSean Jackson to prepare his fit for the season opener and beyond. Like many athletes in the league, Jackson plans to play with custom cleats, that features a design. Typically, when players have on custom cleats, they are for some sort of cause or just a symbol to represent themselves. In Jackson’s case, his design will be a dedicated memorial.

Ermias Asghedom, known by his stage name ‘Nipsey Hussle’ recently passed away in his home state of California after being shot multiple times out front of his store in Los Angeles.
