In an article last week on this site it stated the possibility of the Eagles cutting ties with Murray were all but a foregone conclusion. There was some skepticism when it was posted but it was merely speculation by the author based on observations in the previous game against the New England Patriots. He had only 8 carries for 34 whopping yards and no touchdowns. His lack of production in that game and many is staggering.
In fact, this time last year he had 11 rushing touchdowns and added two more by season’s end. So far this season he has four rushing touchdowns.
