The Philadelphia Eagles released four players on Sunday afternoon, according to an official announcement from the team. The Eagles cut running back Cedric O'Neal, center Bruce Johnson, and wide receivers T.J. Graham and Xavier Rush. Philadelphia's roster now stands at 84 players, which is six shy of the 90-man offseason limit.
None of these cuts comes as a surprise. O'Neal, Johnson, and Rush are all undrafted rookie free agents. Graham has the most NFL experience of the bunch but he's struggled to impress this summer.
The Eagles must cut their roster down to 75 players by 4:00 PM ET on Tuesday, August 30.
