The Philadelphia Eagles officially re-signed Jason Croom to their practice squad on Wednesday evening. The team had an opening after losing Josh McCown to the Houston Texans.
Here’s what we wrote after the Eagles waived Croom on Tuesday:
The Eagles originally added the 26-year-old to their practice squad in late September. They elevated him for two games before fully signing him to their 53-man roster ahead of their Week 7 matchup. The Eagles needed tight end depth at the time with both Zach Ertz and Dallas Goedert on injured reserve.
