The Eagles are bringing wide receiver Greg Ward Jr. back to Philly, according to a tweet from his representation.
Last week, BGN suggested Ward could be one of the former Alliance of American Football league players the Eagles could look to sign. Here’s what we wrote at the time:
Ward originally signed with the Eagles as an undrafted rookie free agent in 2017. Philly had him switch to wide receiver following his quarterback career at Houston. Ward spent his rookie season on the practice squad before trying to compete for a roster spot in 2018.
