The five days that lapsed between the Eagles' trade for the No. 2 draft pick and Sam Bradford's reported request to be dealt would be more than enough time for agent Tom Condon to gauge the market for willing trade partners.
All he needs is one team. Otherwise, Bradford's hard-line stance, if true, would have been ill-advised. But even if Condon has a suitor, he has to convince Howie Roseman that Bradford is prepared to hold out. It is the quarterback's only leverage, but it does have additional weight because of the importance of the position.
Bradford did not report for voluntary workouts on Monday, according to Eagles sources.
