The Philadelphia Eagles signed free agent defensive tackle T.Y. McGill to their practice squad, according to an official announcement from the team.
The addition was expected since McGill visited with the Eagles on Monday. Here’s what we previously wrote:
McGill originally had a brief stint with the Eagles in November 2018. The team re-signed him late in training camp this year before releasing him two weeks later. The Eagles could be looking to sign McGill to the practice squad to provide more veteran depth behind the quartet of Fletcher Cox, Javon Hargrave, Malik Jackson, and Hassan Ridgeway.
