DeMarco Murray’s Future With Philadelphia Eagles Murky

Chip Kelly’s style, in year three of his NFL career, has become fairly apparent. The Philadelphia Eagles‘ uptempo, spread scheme has made headlines across the league since 2013. Kelly has also garnered an extraordinary amount of attention for his coaching methods and handling of player personnel since he arrived in Philadelphia.

One of his biggest moves to date is replacing the team’s star running back LeSean McCoy with DeMarco Murray. Murray won the 2014 NFL rushing title and pounded his Dallas Cowboys into the playoffs. He seemed to possess a toughness that the Eagles’ run game lacked, so Kelly nabbed him up in free agency during the offseason.
