On Friday afternoon, the Eagles released defense end Brandon Bair.
Bair, the 6-6, 290-pound lineman, was originally signed to the Eagles' practice squad in 2013. The following season was his most prolific as an Eagle, as he appeared in all 16 games as a rotational player, racking up 1.5 sacks. Bair also proved to be valuable on special teams, blocking both a field goal and extra point during the 2014 season.
In total, Bair played 21 games with the Eagles, starting two games in 2015. He missed three games this past season due to a groin injury and was a healthy inactive on eight other occasions.
